We operate a Flow Waterjet as both a pure waterjet (strictly water) and as abrasive waterjet (adding garnet to cut through harder materials). We can run up to 60,000 PSI. Our Waterjet has a large tank size of 96" x 171" enabling us to cut larger parts than most other waterjet shops can cut. Our large tank also allows us to cut multiple parts at one time, resulting in higher productivity.
Utilizing a waterjet to create your project has many benefits. No tool changing is required, which means quicker and more efficient run times. The waterjet abrades at room temperature so a material's properties remain the same as no mechanical stresses occur in the cutting process and there are no heat affected zones (HAZ).
